Where are your abayas made?
All our abayas are handcrafted in the United Arab Emirates by skilled artisans with exceptional expertise.
Are your abayas available in stock?
Our models are produced in very limited quantities to guarantee exclusivity and preserve the authenticity of our creations.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- Outside Europe: 5 to 10 business days
We ship via Sendcloud. Any customs fees for deliveries outside Europe are the customer’s responsibility.
What sizes do you offer?
Our abayas come in 4 different sizes and fit people between 1.55m and 1.80m tall. Each size is designed to provide an elegant and flowing drape, respecting the diversity of body shapes.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an item, provided it has not been worn or damaged.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
