Our abayas are meticulously handcrafted in the United Arab Emirates with exceptional expertise.
Each piece is produced in very limited quantities to guarantee the exclusivity and authenticity of our creations.

Orders and Availability

Due to artisanal production and limited stock, availability of our models is limited.
In the unlikely event of unavailability after your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We deliver to France and internationally.
Orders are shipped via our logistics partners, including Sendcloud.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
– Europe: 3 to 7 business days
– Outside Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Important: Any customs fees for deliveries outside Europe are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to do so.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns are accepted provided that:

• The item has not been worn, used, or damaged
• The item is returned in its original packaging with the tag attached

After receipt and inspection of the return, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
